LOBSTER ROLLS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Cups freshly cooked Bay of Fundy lobster, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp celery, finely diced
  • ½ Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Soft rolls (preferably top-split)
  • Crisp lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

1 – Prepare the filling: In a bowl, gently mix the lobster, mayonnaise, celery, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

2 – Toast the rolls: Lightly butter the sides of your rolls and toast them in a pan until golden and slightly crisp.

3 – Assemble: Line each toasted roll with a crisp lettuce leaf, then generously fill with the lobster mixture.

4 – Serve: Best enjoyed fresh with a side of sea breeze and sunshine.

 

Tip: Serve with kettle chips and a splash of local lemonade or white wine for the full East Coast experience.
